Helpdesk Co-ordinator
Description
This is a great role for a hardworking Helpdesk Co-ordinator within an expanding local organisation where you will have the opportunity to make a really valuable contribution to the Company’s continuing success.
Some of your duties will include:
- Co-ordinating maintenance requirements on behalf of residential housing tenants
- Liaising with tenants over the telephone to schedule the repair or maintenance of properties
- Preparing job sheets, allocating work to the maintenance team and allocating work on the schedule
- Logging details of all calls managed on the computer system and updating database when required
- Tracking the progress of maintenance and repair jobs being completed from instigation through to completion
- Checking with tenants once work has been completed to ensure they are happy with the service provided
