• Managing a portfolio of rental properties and maintaining excellent landlord and tenant relationships
• Attracting new business opportunities and increasing market share where possible
• Conducting market appraisals and negotiating competitive fees with Landlords
• Managing property advertising utilising a variety of online portals and social media
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating rental agreements with tenant
• Ensuring rental contracts were issued and agreements and clauses were correct
