If you are a Legal Secretary with Private Client experience seeking a position with a reputable and very successful firm of Solicitors then you really need to consider this role.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing full secretarial support to the Senior Solicitors in the Private Client team
- Preparing a wide range of correspondence and legal documentation from audio transcription
- Typing Wills accurately using precedent bank, drafting LPA’s and Court Protection Applications
- Registering Will with Certainty and responding to Will search enquiries
- Maintaining case management system and updating details held when needed
- Liaising with clients on the telephone and managing enquiries about Wills
