Events Co-ordinator

Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing administrative support to the Corporate Events Manager on all corporate events
- - Managing calendar of events ie: Award Dinners, Business Breakfast’s, Investment Drives
- - Preparing event resources including name badges, brochures and ticket sales
- - Managing event administration including paying suppliers and processing ticket payments
- - Developing working relationships with event attendees, sponsors and table hosts
- - Sourcing volunteers to help with administration tasks and organisational duties
