Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the reception area and providing a warm welcome for visitors
- Managing incoming telephone calls and assisting callers where possible
- Undertaking a wide range of typing including correspondence and reports
- Checking goods received against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Assisting with organising events, open days and other functions
- Maintaining manual and computerised records and management information system
