Receptionist/Secretary
Description
We don’t often recruit for clients in NW6 but this Receptionist position with a secretarial content was too good for us to turn away. This is a very diverse position with a high administrative content and you will never be bored.
Some of your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors on the reception area and announcing their arrival
- Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to the relevant staff members
- Dealing with general enquiry calls where possible and assisting callers
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
- Co-ordinating meeting rooms for the project team and arranging paperwork for meetings
- Assisting with the day to day management of the website including content and design
