Examinations Officer
Description
If you have worked in the education sector and have co-ordinated student exams then this role for an Examination Officer could be right for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the Curriculum and Funding Manager to ensure Examinations Department adhered to rules and regulations
- Training Invigilators/staff to ensure compliance with awarding body requirements
- Ensuring MIS system is the primary source the examination data and recording information efficiently
- Assisting with ensuring students are registered as candidates as required by awarding bodies
- Ensuring correct examination papers/materials are on Site in advance of examinations
- Organising examination venues and ensuring students, staff and Invigilators are aware of arrangements
