Administration Assistant
Description
This is a great opportunity for Administration Assistant who enjoys working within a demanding, diverse and challenging environment with a great team of professionals
Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing administrative and customer service support for a Service Manager and a Project Manager
- - Fielding incoming telephone calls and liaising with clients, suppliers and field based personnel
- - Managing any escalated customer service issues that occur and investigating and resolving matters
- - Maintaining project files for new installations, updating computer system and tracking progress of work
- - Collating relevant documentation for installations ie H&S files, Contractor agreements and price lists
- - Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and presentations
