If you have a background in residential lettings then this for a Property Manager could suit you, if you like responsibility then this position is ideal for you.

Some of your duties will include:

• - Managing 275 residential rental properties, 105 which are managed and 170 which are let only
• - Developing and managing relationships with leaseholders, landlords and tenants
• - Visiting properties to ensure that common areas are fully maintained at all times
• - Drafting service charge budgets annually and monitoring all expenditure throughout year
• - Managing maintenance requirements and co-ordinating works to be completed
• - Organising annual gas certificates, electrical certificates and PAT tests
