HR Assistant

This is a brilliant opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic HR Assistant with good interpersonal skills and an ambitious nature to join this highly professional organisation which is rapidly expanding
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting in the HR Department with the day to day management of HR function
- Maintaining staff records and recording details of sickness and holiday absence
- Assisting with the recruitment process, placing adverts and collating applications
- Arranging interviews and producing offer and rejection letters
- Preparing contracts for new staff members and arranging inductions
- Attending disciplinary meetings in order to take notes
