Description
If you are someone who likes variety then this role for an Administrator will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the reception area and greeting visitors to the School
- Handling incoming telephone calls and dealing with routine enquiries
- Recording student attendance on MIS system and preparing reports
- Contacting students and parents regarding absences and adhoc communications
- Managing the diary schedules for meeting rooms and administering bookings
- Controlling office stationery and supplies, placing orders with suppliers
