Conveyancing Secretary
Description
This successful local firm of Solicitors are currently seeking a hardworking and professional Conveyancing Secretary to join their busy team and provide some much needed support, this is an exciting role where time will.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing secretarial support for a Partner and busy team of Solicitors dealing with conveyancing
- - Typing a wide range of legal documentation including correspondence and legal paperwork
- - Co-ordinating busy diary schedules and booking internal and external meetings with clients
- - Opening new client case files, updating regularly as cases progress and archiving completed files
- - Managing incoming telephone calls, dealing with general client enquiries where possible
- - Assisting generally in the office with filing, photocopying, shredding, sending emails and daily post
