Account Manager
Description
If you are a customer service professional with the ability to identify and build business opportunities then this is the role for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 50+ existing client accounts
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and building successful relationships
- Dealing with client enquiries and providing information on services provided
- Calling potential new clients in order to introduce products provided
- Preparing client quotation and following these up to ascertain clients interest
- Managing client orders received and processing through to delivery stage
