Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing the reception area, greeting visitors and announcing their arrival
- - Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to the relevant staff member
- - Preparing a wide range of documentation including standard correspondence
- - Managing diary schedules for the legal team and arranging client appointments
- - Controlling stationery and office supplies, purchasing new requirements and processing for payment
- - Managing GDPR policy and ensuring all records are maintained correctly
