Description

If you have office management experience along with secretarial skills then this role for a Business Administrator could really suit you.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Providing all-round support for various business functions within the organisation
  • - Supporting the Managing Director and senior management team on a day to day basis
  • - Preparing a wide range of documentation including reports, agendas and presentations
  • - Fielding incoming HR administration and creating job offer packs for new employers
  • - Carrying out HR administration and creating job offer packs for new employees
  • - Maintaining and updating fleet, IT and HR database record system
