HR Manager
Description
An experience HR Manager is required to join a very successful local organisation and take full control or the HR function.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing and delivering the full spectrum of UK and Internation HR and Payroll services
- Administering the recruitment and selection process from instigation stage to completion
- Co-ordinating the onboarding of new employees and arranging induction training
- Handling HR administration including issuing contracts and contract amendment letters
- Providing ongoing coaching, advice and assistance to Managers on all aspects of ER
- Managing training and development programme and arranging annual performance appraisals
