An experience HR Manager is required to join a very successful local organisation and take full control or the HR function.

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing and delivering the full spectrum of UK and Internation HR and Payroll services
• Administering the recruitment and selection process from instigation stage to completion
• Co-ordinating the onboarding of new employees and arranging induction training
• Handling HR administration including issuing contracts and contract amendment letters
• Providing ongoing coaching, advice and assistance to Managers on all aspects of ER
• Managing training and development programme and arranging annual performance appraisals
