If you are an experienced Customer Service Supervisor with strong supervisory skills then this will be the perfect job for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Managing all aspects of the customer service administration function and supervising small team
- - Providing hands-on, telephone and email responses to customer enquiries on a daily basis
- - Ensuring the speedy resolution of any customer sales administration issues
- - Ensuring team efficiently handle and process customer orders from instigation stage
- - Overseeing the handling of major client account orders and delivery schedule
- - Handling requests for telephone and email quotations and technical information
