Office Manager
Description
A good all-round Office Manager with supervisory experience is required to join a very successful and professional local organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the office and ensuring a flexible, high-quality administrative service
- Supervising a Receptionist and team of Administrators and monitoring work produced
- Purchasing stationery and equipment, placing orders with suppliers and monitoring costs
- Ensuring the organisation is adhering to ‘best value’ purchasing policies
- Overseeing the reception area and ensuring telephone calls are managed efficiently
- Maintaining accurate database records and recording any changes
