This role is perfect for an ambitious Marketing Executive, you will be joining a well-known, successful local organisation who have been established for many years.

Some of your duties will include:

• - Managing all aspects of marketing, advertising and public relations on behalf of the Company
• - Maintaining presence on social media: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram and making daily posts
• - Managing all aspects of public relations and liaising with local and national media to obtain publicity
• - Organising network events and seminars both in the UK and overseas, sending out invitations to clients
• - Compiling sales brochures for properties available for lease or rent and sending to potential purchasers
• - Co-ordinating advertising signs to be put up at properties which are available and removed once let
