• Working in the Sales Department and promoting the sale of houses and flats
• Maintaining a computerised database holding details of potential buyers
• Telephoning or emailing potential buyers to advise them of new properties available
• Arranging viewings for buyers and accompanying them to show them around
• Providing feedback to property owners on how viewings went and buyers comments
• Handling offers to purchase and negotiating price between buyers and sellers
