This is a brilliant opportunity for a hard-working and professional Finance Assistant to join an established local organisation and support their busy Accounts Manager.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day to day management of the sales and purchase ledger function
- -Checking purchase invoices received and matching invoices with delivery notes
- -Coding purchase invoices and inputting invoices onto the purchase ledger system
- Preparing weekly and monthly payments by both cheque and BACs system
- Checking sales invoices raised and posting invoices on the sales ledger
- Allocating payments received to client account and identifying overdue accounts
