Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing all-round administrative and clerical support in the office
- - Managing the reception desk, greeting visitors and recording their arrival
- - Handling incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries
- - Collating and recording candidate compliance documentation on computer system
- - Assisting with marketing initiatives and sending out regular mail shots to clients
- - Purchasing office supplies and stationery, negotiating best possible costs
