Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Administrator at the start of their career to join a highly professional local Company and be trained in all aspects of office work.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting in the office with a wide range of day to day administrative and customer service duties
- Working with the management team on a wide range of research projects being completed
- Maintaining client files on computerised system and opening files for new clients when appropriate
- Archiving completed client account files and retrieving documents when needed by the management team
- Providing relief cover on the reception desk, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Opening and distributing post to relevant person and franking outgoing post on a daily basis
