Business Operations Support Assistant

If you are looking to have a little administration experience and would like a role offering more responsibility then this position for a Business Operations Support Assistant will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the Business Operations Manager with the day to day management of the office
- Managing incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff office member
- Providing support to the senior leadership team, arranging meetings and organising refreshments
- Helping with HR function including maintaining accurate stock records
- Organising corporate events, team building days and staff training days
- Maintaining adequate stationery and office supplies and placing ordered with suppliers
