Business Support Assistant
Description
If you have just left School or College or University or maybe you have some experience but would like to develop further then this position as a Business Support Assistant may suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting in the office with a wide range of administration tasks
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including client quotations
- Maintaining computerised database records and updating details when needed
- Assisting the accounts team with raising client invoices for work completed
- Maintaining computerised and manual record systems ensuring they are up to date
