Business Support Assistant

If you are an experienced Business Support Assistant with good management and secretarial skills then this could be the perfect career move for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing secretarial support for the management team and managing the administration function
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
- Managing diary schedules for the management team and arranging meetings
- Fielding incoming telephone calls, email and dealing with routing enquiries
- Maintaining computerised database records and updating information held when needed
- Producing monthly client statements and chasing overdue client payments when needed
