If you are seeking a role as a Business Support Assistant, have good secretarial skills and enjoy variety, then this position with a small, professional organisation will be the perfect role.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the reception are and acting as initial contact for client face to face enquiries
- Answering incoming telephone calls and either transferring callers or dealing with enquiries
- Preparing meeting rooms for meetings, producing paperwork and providing refreshments for clients
- Opening new client files and ensuring money laundering requirement checks are completed
- Preparing terms of business documentation and sending to new clients in advance of appointments
- Managing the office diary, accessing priorities on behalf of the team and arranging appointments
