If you have legal or insurance claims experience then this position for a Case Officer will really be an excellent career move for you.

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing dispute cases between members and consumers by producing resolution proposals
• Reviewing cases that have been allocated and making a decision to accept or not
• Managing case allocated including collating evidence and attempting early resolution
• Taking all facts and submissions into account producing written proposed decisions
• Producing in writing within set timeframes and document conveying resolution
• Making a decision on amounts of compensation awarded and action taken
