Client Liaison Assistant

If you want to work in a busy, successful environment and join an innovative organisation then this Client Liaison Assistant position will be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails enquiries in relation to products provided
- Liaising extensively with corporate clients and member of the general public
- Providing information, advice and guidance on products that are provided
- Establishing clients requirement and preparing verbal and written quotations
- Managing orders received from clients and setting up details on computer system
- Tracking orders received from instigation point through to successful delivery
