Client Liaison Assistant
Description
This continually growing organisation requires a Customer Service Assistant to join their busy and happy team which provides all-round support for customers.
Some of your duties will include:
- Ensuing a high level of service is provided to customers at all times and managing any service issues that occur
- Assisting with incoming telephone calls and handling enquiries from new and existing clients
- Investigating any service complaints that may arise and ensuring they are handled in a friendly, timely manner
- Maintaining client information on database system and ensuring all enquiries and complaints are logged
- Escalating complaints when necessary to the senior management team
- Working closely with the field service team to resolve complaints received
