Some of your duties will include:

• Managing complaints received from tenants and members which are covered under Property Redress Scheme
• Receiving and handling complaints ensuring that all KPI’s and timescales are managed during process
• Collecting all relevant complaint evidence and information to help and resolve complaint
• Managing own case files and progressing case through each stage of process
• Providing advice to complaints and members by telephone and email with the aim of resolving issues
• Communicating with Letting Agents, leasehold management companies, landlord and tenants
