Customer Service Executive
Description
A small and very successful local company are seeking an additional Customer Service Executive to join their existing team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Liaising extensively with clients and managing requests for services or repairs
- Managing incoming calls from customers and establishing their requirements
- Booking jobs on computer system and preparing detailed worksheets
- Scheduling jobs in diary for relevant engineer to complete works
- Following up with customers once engineers have visited to ensure they are happy
- Preparing quotations for customers when needed and chasing to obtain confirmed orders
