Estate Co-ordinator

If you are looking for an all round position then this role as an Administrator could be right up your street.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the smooth day to day management of the operations function
- Greeting visitors to the office, completing visitors book and announcing their arrival
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquiries when possible
- Maintaining records of all pre-sales and post-sales processes and property transfers
- Issuing tenant service charge payment requests and sending reminders if necessary
- Managing office supplies and stock levels, placing orders with suppliers when needed
