Finance Administrator
Description
A good all rounder is required for this Finance Administrator position, excellent prospects are available for the right candidate.
Some of your duties will include:
- Working as part of the finance and operations team and providing all round support
- Ensuring invoices are received, approved and processed for payment in a timely manner
- Working with budget holders and providing support on finance systems
- Ensuring payments processed are recorded including charge card and petty cash
- Preparing payments for a weekly BACs upload including faster payments if required
- Raising sales invoices in a timely manner and submitting to customers promptly for payment
