Finance Assistant

If you are a good all-round Finance Assistant you really should consider this role with a very innovative and progressive organisation.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Assisting with the day-to-day management of the finance function
- - Raising sales invoices and allocating payments received to clients accounts
- - Matches purchase orders with supplier invoices and allocating nominal codes
- - Reconciling supplier statements and preparing timely cheque and BACs payments
- - Assisting with the calculation and preparation if the quarterly VAT return
- - Completing monthly reconciliation of bank account and credit card statements
