Some of your duties will include:

• Managing the HR Department and supervising team of HR Assistants
• Co-ordinating the recruitment of specialist medical staff for a variety of corporate and private clients
• Ensuring that advertisements meet corporate guidelines and monitoring results
• Managing the recruitment process from instigation stage through to appointment stage
• Completing compliance checks including checking qualification, obtaining references and completing DBS checks
• Appointing staff to assignments and monitoring their progress with clients
