Import/Export Administrator
Description

Some of your duties will include:
- Organising domestic and international shipments in line with client requirements
- Producing all documentation required to accompany orders being despatched
- - Preparing despatch notes, invoices, airway bills and dangerous goods notes
- Ensuring shipments are processed in a timely manner to meet client expectations Liaising with freight agents and couriers to co-ordinate the despatch of goods
- Co-ordinating the despatch and collection of goods with the Warehouse Department
