IT Support Manager
Description
As an IT Support Manager is required to provide 1st and 2nd level support in a busy organisation with multiple users.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing, organising and evaluating IT systems and electronic data operations
- Installing and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
- Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems throughout company
- Liaising with third-party Contractors when necessary to resolve technical issues
- Managing a register of when maintenance was completed and a schedule of dates
- Managing IT asset register and handling annual budget to ensure cost effectiveness
