Legal Secretary – General Law
Description
If you are a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience then this role will be perfect for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing all-round secretarial and administrative support for team of Solicitors
- - Dealing with both domestic and commercial conveyancing cases
- - Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and conveyancing paperwork
- - Managing busy diary schedules, arranging client meetings and preparing paperwork
- - Completing Land Registry searches and obtaining Land Deeds, Transfer Deeds and charges on Land
- - Opening files for new clients and archiving completed case notes
