Some of your duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the London area
• Ensuring that all properties are compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements
• Marketing vacant properties and sourcing tenants/agents for property rental
• Ensuring regulatory compliance checks are completed and required certificates obtained
• Dealing with repairs and maintenance requirements for each property
• Working with Estate Agents to co-ordinate the letting of vacant properties
