 Some of your duties will include:

• Co-ordinating the installation, removal or repair of customer equipment
• Managing team of field based engineers and co-ordinating diary schedules
• Preparing work sheets for jobs to be completed and allocating work to engineers
• Controlling engineering resources making best use of their time available
• Ensuring that parts and equipment are available for jobs being completed
• Tracking jobs from instigation stage through to successful completion
