Office Assistant
Description
If you are at the start of your career or want a junior type role then this position for an Office Assistant may well suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the management of the reception area and greeting visitors to the Company
- Managing incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff members
- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports
- Assisting with the maintenance of the website and social media posts
- Supporting team of PA’s with arranging diary schedules and co-ordinating meetings
- Maintaining an adequate supply of stationery and office equipment at all times
