Project Administrator
Description
This role us perfect for an ambitious and enthusiastic Project Administrator with strong organisation skills who is looking for a long term role, excellent prospects are available with this growing local Company.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing administrative and customer service support in the busy Supply Department
- Liaising with extensively with clients and suppliers over the telephone and dealing with enquiries
- Maintaining customer and supplier database records and updating details when needed
- Ensuring that price quotations received from suppliers are recorded on the computer system
- Preparing correspondence, reports, charts, tables and presentation material for sales team
- Producing client quotations, profoma invoices and packing lists to accompanying client orders
