Property Co-ordinator
Description
If you are working in the property sector and would like a job with a difference then this Property Co-ordinator position could be the perfect role for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the property management team with the management of rental properties
- Maintaining, updating and ensuring all data relating to properties is up to date
- Managing computerised database holding, tenant, rental and lease information
- Administering the enquiry database and arranging viewings for potential tenants
- Updating social media streams, website and Agents with available properties
- Responding to enquiries from tenants and providing support and assistance
