Some of your duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of over 300 residential rental properties
• Carrying out viewings, conducting pre-tenancy checks and relevant Health and Safety checks
• Agreeing tenants renewals and drawing up contracts as appropriate
• Advertising properties available, conducting viewings and agreeing rental terms
• Dealing with tenant check-outs and agreeing the return of deposits
• Co-ordinating Contractors to address maintenance issues and arrange property improvements
