Description

If you are an experience Purchase Ledger Accounts Administrator with the ability to work on your own initiative then this could be the perfect job for you.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

  • - Working as part of the accounts team and dealing with approximately 250 invoices a week
  • - Ensuring that all purchase orders and invoices are checked and entered on the system
  • - Reconciling supplier statements and preparing weekly payment schedules
  • - Querying invoices and statements with suppliers ad necessary and resolving queries
  • - Setting up new supplier accounts on system and maintaining existing account details
  • - Dealing with CIS invoices, verifying suppliers through HMRC and applying relevant tax deductions
