Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Managing the reception area and providing a warm welcome for visitors
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and assisting callers where possible
  • Undertaking a wide range of typing including correspondence and reports
  • Checking goods received against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Assisting with organising events, open days and other functions
  • Maintaining manual and computerised records and management information system
