Secretary / PA
Description
A competent and capable Secretary / PA is required to provide executive level support, this is a very varied role which offers real variety and responsibility.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Providing executive secretarial and administrative support for the Principle
- - Producing letters, reports and other documents including confidential papers
- - Managing busy diary schedule, arranging appointments and preparing required paperwork
- - Dealing with all phone calls and personal enquiries efficiently and effectively
- - Meeting and greeting Principles visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- - Maintaining calendar of key events such as open evenings and award meetings
