Senior Account Manager
Description
A top level Senior Account Manager is required to manage existing client relationships and build new business opportunities, you will be promoting a first class product.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing, developing and growing small/medium sized client accounts
- Maintaining client relationships and providing an excellent level of service
- Promoting the sale of specialist cloud-based accountancy software to accountants
- Developing plans to support client migration onto new accountancy software
- Ensuring clients attend introductory webinars, events and training sessions
- Educating clients on all resources available and monitoring progress through sales cycle
