Description
If you have experience of providing helpdesk support for clients then you may want to consider this position for a Service Co-ordinator
- Managing the delivery of all service, repairs and maintenance works
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention at all times
- Co-ordinating works within agreed times frames and to customer satisfaction
- Setting up details of works to be completed on computer system and tracking
- Scheduling all engineer visits making best use of resources available
- Prioritising works effectively, organising and managing engineers time efficiently
